Standard models (UHI-25 to UHI-60) are dispatched within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Larger or custom-spec plants (UHI-75 to UHI-90) may require 8–10 weeks including factory testing.

Yes. Our qualified installation team handles full on-site erection, electrical connections, calibration, and initial test batching. Training for your operators is included at no extra cost.

We have service partners in UAE, Oman, and East Africa. For other international locations, our team visits for major servicing. Spare parts are shipped within 48 hours globally.

Typically 30% advance, 60% before dispatch, and 10% on commissioning. For export orders, LC (Letter of Credit) and TT transfer are accepted. Please contact our sales team for flexible terms.
